Alan enjoys working with enterprise AI founders whether it’s on forecasting, fund-raising, processes improvement, or hiring. With over twenty years of experience leading finance teams large and small, and raising hundreds of millions of dollars in equity and debt, Alan enjoys helping with the challenges of fast growing start-ups.

As the first CFO at Anaplan, Alan led their C&D equity rounds while managing their international growth strategy as the company grew from under $10M in annualized revenue to over $100M. Prior to Anaplan, Alan led the Finance department at LiveOps, a $120M cloud-based contact center and labor marketplace. Alan’s earlier career spanned several other technology companies in both finance and operational capacities.

Alan received his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
